Experience in implementing financial, manufacturing, or supply chain software systems required. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 or 2009 and Microsoft SureStep principles preferred but not required if the candidate has experience in SAP or Oracle implementations and associated methodologies. Ability to manage project teams, project deliverables, customer expectations, and provide status reporting required. Responsible for analyzing requirements, understanding business needs and processes, defining scope , and re-engineering processes. Some travel required--primarily regional travel only. PC proficiency required (Office, MS Project). Experience in implementing financial, manufacturing, or supply chain software systems required. Experience in SOX compliance, lean manufacturing (kanban principles), continuous improvement (kaizen principles), manufacturing execution systems, and shop floor systems a plus. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 or 2009 a plus but not required. Financial consultants who have FRx reporting experience preferred. Experience in programming financial, manufacturing, or supply chain software systems required. Object Oriented programming methodology requried. Experience in manipulating data on Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 required. X++ programming experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 or 2009 a plus but not required. Candidates for the above two positions with either a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist or Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional certification will be preferred. Experience in Windows 2003/2008 server deployments and maintenance including Terminal Services and Citrix. Experience in Windows Vista and Windows 7 desktop deployment including anti-virus, SPAM, and anti-spyware management. Networking experience including TCP/IP, ethernet, LAN/WAN configurations, VPN, firewalls, and telephony. Experience in troubleshooting servers, desktops, and networks. Experience in SQL 2005/2008 deployment including SSAS and SSRS setup and configuration preferred. Microsoft MCP/MCTS/MCSE certifications preferred. Experience using enterprise reporting and BI tools required. Business forms modifications using report designers, SQL 2005/2008 Reporting Services and OLAP experience preferred. Windows SharePoint Services (WSS/MOSS) configuration and webparts development using SharePoint technologies, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or Microsoft Office 2007. Experience with Microsoft SNAP! technologies a plus. Microsoft MCP/MCTS/MDBA/MCITP certifications preferred.
